Common questions
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. Your driver waits for your actual landing — no extra charge for standard flight delays. If there are significant delays, we will contact you directly.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board showing your name. You will receive your driver's contact details before your flight lands.
Can you arrange both the arrival and departure transfer?
Yes — and many guests book both together. Just let us know your arrival and departure flight details when you request and we confirm both.
How many suitcases can we bring?
Our standard vehicle comfortably handles up to 6 passengers with standard luggage. For larger groups or significant excess luggage, mention this when booking and we arrange accordingly.
Can you provide a child seat?
Yes. Mention the age and weight of the child when you submit your request and we will have the appropriate seat in place.
Is payment required when I book?
No. Send your request with flight details and we confirm the arrangement. Payment is only requested after you confirm you want to proceed.
